  • EXPERIENCED SPECIALISTS

    Senior analyst, b2b-marketing & branch analysis

    I. Working hours

        a. Regular hours (8 working hours a day),
        b. Start and end of a working day is up to employees,
        c. Presence in the office is not necessary, besides taking part in off-board meetings, in-company sessions, appointed by chiefs,
          in-company training,
        d. Being on-line in project and corporate charts from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during working day is obligatory.

    II. Responsibilities

        a. Partial project managing on branch b2b marketing,
        b. Taking part in developing analysis toolkits (research structure, guide for in-depth interview, questionnaires, selection project, informational processing models),
        c. Detailed evaluation of commercial offers,
        d. Conducting desk research on infrastructure markets (Russian and foreign ones),
        e. Conducting in-depth interviews with top managers of companies under study, civil servants, industry experts, client representatives,
        f. Preparing analytical notes, reports and presentations:
           - Conducting complex branch, marketing analysis (corporate clients’ loyalty, competition focus, demand prospects and specialities, branding and positioning, managing corporate products and services characteristics),
           - Conducting GR-analysis: review of peculiar properties and prospects in the branch of government regulations.

    Project head manager, b2b-marketing and branch analysis

    I. Working hours

        a. Regular hours (8 working hours a day),
        b. Start and finish working day up to employees,
        c. Presence in the office is not necessary, besides taking part in off-board meetings, in-company sessions, appointed by chiefs,
           in-company training,
        d. Being on-line in project and corporate charts from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. during working day is obligatory.

    II. Responsibilities

       a. Taking part in meetings with clients on content part of the project before starting. Case management during the project (day-to-day information, current coordination, consultancy),
        b. Making up terms of references, commercial offers basing on the information about client’s needs),
        c. Premeditation organising scheme of the project, project planning and dividing responsibilities between project team members,
        d. Building of one’s own project team, it and its members further development,
        e. Managing projects on branch b2b marketing, control of project realisation on each stage:
           - Coordination, current control of team, contracting organisations,
           - Conducting desk research on infrastructure markets (Russian and foreign sources),
           - Organising in-depth interviews with top managers, mid-level managers and specialists of companies under study,
           - Organising focus group carrying out.
        f. Conducting in-depth interviews with top managers of companies under study, civil servants, industry experts, client representatives,
        g. Preparing analytical notes, reports and presentations:
           - Conducting complex branch, marketing analysis (corporate clients’ loyalty, competition focus, demand prospects and specialities,
              branding and positioning, managing corporate products and services characteristics),
           - Conducting GR-analysis: review of peculiar properties and prospects in the branch of government regulations.

  • JUNIOR SPECIALIST AND STUDENTS

    1. Strategic b2b marketing

    •     Strategic analysis and b2b researches of infrastructure and new technologies services market outlets;
    •     Corporate clients loyalty audit;
    •     Multi-criteria segmentation of B2B markets; profiling of client groups and people responsible for making decisions on internal procurement;
    •     Estimate scope and capacity of infrastructure and hi-tech markets; demand forecast;
    •     Restructuring of competitors’ market strategies at B2B market;
    •     Analysis of best international practices;
    •     Sales schemes analysis and research of potential intermedia – partners on B2B sales;
    •     Developing of application programmes and corporate marketing strategy (branding and positioning, PR, direct sales, distribution and product offer, managing loyalty).

    2. Corporate social systems analysis

    We invite senior students with speciality on economics, management, applied mathematics, marketing, sociology. During the internship, you will solve following analytical and expert tasks:
    •     Loyalty and stuff satisfaction audit;
    •     Define level and structure of motivation and involvement;
    •     Intercommunication efficiency audit;
    •     Corporate social strain monitoring;
    •     Review of International experience, best practices in managing staff;
    •     Labour market research, employer brand audit;
    •     Upgrading of intercommunication managing system;

    Stage 3 - face-to-face interview with a branch manager in the company office.
